Diamond Bar– the fun, easy, and transparent way to buy sell or upgrade a diamond.
Diamond Educator– Not a salesperson, but a team member there to help clients make informed decisions about diamonds, using technology and transparency in a pressure free environment.
Diamond Tasting– The diamond tasting is our diamond presentation to our clients. The goal is to help clients find the perfect diamond for them in a pressure free environment that is fun easy and transparent.
Diamond Tasting tool– The tool we use to present three diamonds to a client to allow them to compare and contrast the qualities of each diamond, allowing them to select the diamond that is the most beautiful to them.
Smart Diamond Grids– Our physical grid display of diamonds in store. They are smart because as you go from the bottom of each grid to the top the price goes up along with the carat size of each diamond, and as you go from left to right the price goes up along with the quality of each diamond. This makes it easy for customers and diamond educators to compare diamonds to find the one most beautiful to them.
Diamond Viewer– Our diamond viewing system, in the diamond tasting you can pull diamond up on the screen using state of the art technology to allow clients and diamond educators to see every detail of the diamonds they are viewing.
Diamond Pricing tool– Our proprietary diamond algorithm that collects data from hundreds of diamond dealers around the world, giving us live diamond pricing biased on over 1.5million in stock diamonds and 50 million historical data points going back over 48 months.
Live Dealer Pricing– Live dealer pricing is the live wholesale price in which we base both our buy back price range and our sell price off. We get this price buy comparing the Shape, Carat, Color, Clarity, and Cut of millions diamonds listed by diamond dealers around the world. We take the average asking price of these dealers to generate the live dealer price.
Sell Price Range- The sell price range is the price range in which we will buy back a diamond for regardless of where it was purchased.
Buy Price – This is what we must sell our diamonds for to keep providing our customers with fun, easy, and transparent experiences while shopping for diamonds.
